SPEAKER_04

Good morning. Good morning.

SPEAKER_18

Good morning. You were late today.

SPEAKER_04

Was I?

SPEAKER_18

Yeah, you missed the the Facebook.

SPEAKER_05

I showed up right at the door and I heard you guys yelling inside, and I went, oh, oh man.

SPEAKER_18

He was ringing our bell.

SPEAKER_08

He was.

SPEAKER_18

Yeah.

SPEAKER_08

But we'd already put that on cue. We were hip deep in the thing.

SPEAKER_18

So we were hip deep. Hip deep. Well, good morning. And uh, I don't know if you have all been watching the news overnight, but there are just tons and tons of news coming out.

SPEAKER_08

Yeah, we had this uh broke uh in the afternoon. We might as well just start with it real quick here. The U.S. just launched retaliatory strikes on Iranian military facilities. Christina Coleman is live with the details. Christina.

SPEAKER_17

Hi, Charlie. Yes, our military is launching new strikes against Iran right now. The targets include air defense systems, coastal surveillance systems, and port facilities inside Iran. A senior U.S. official tells Fox News that these strikes are significantly larger than the ones carried out last month, and that they're meant to send a signal that attacking commercial shipping is unacceptable. The strikes are in response to Iranian attacks on three commercial vessels that were going through the Strait of Hormuz. Singcom says those attacks were, quote, unwarranted, dangerous, and a clear violation of the ceasefire. ADIO captured Iran, threatening ships in the region. Take a listen.

SPEAKER_08

They keep leading with Trump is safe as bombing continues. Like CENTCOM, I think, said that.

SPEAKER_18

I mean, he's like over there. He's got to move around. And how do we know? You know, who are we trusting? These people want him dead. All they say they want him dead. And uh they're releasing all, you know, sorts of sentiment out into the universe that these madmen are taking as smoke signals to go and do their dirty work. They're just praying for someone to just take it upon themselves, take up their cause. I mean, we saw American influencers shouting in Iran. Did you see that?

SPEAKER_08

I don't think specifically this.

SPEAKER_18

American influencers went to Iran to this funeral and stood on stage with microphones and had the people in the audience chanting back to them in an echo down with the USA.

SPEAKER_03

That's nice.

SPEAKER_18

Back and forth, back and forth. And when I watch that video, it just makes me sick. And it's like, and then these people come back and enjoy America. You know, making the money and being an influencer and you have people doing things that they would never be allowed to. They'd be strung up by their toenails and beheaded on the streets there.

SPEAKER_08

You have people on broadcast television with multimillion dollar contracts and shows that have been running forever saying kind of the same thing, but not as, you know, down with the USA, saying stupid stuff like this.

SPEAKER_00

There are times when I walk into a community and I see um American flags all over the community, and I suddenly feel unsafe.

SPEAKER_18

Why? I I wish I heard the rest of that. I know.

SPEAKER_08

That's why I'm not sure. Why did she suddenly feel unsafe? I don't know. Uh I something to the effect of you do you remember a while back it was somebody, I don't remember who, I don't know if it was a journalist or if it was an educator, and she said, I see these pickup trucks and these flexibility. I do remember that. I want to say it was Joy Reed. No, I I don't think it was her, but it's this it's the same feeling there. What is it about that?

SPEAKER_18

I feel unsafe when I see Free Palestine fled. Sh so do I. I mean, I I totally feel unsafe. I feel like those people hate us.

unknown

I don't know why.

SPEAKER_18

Well, they do so it is a trigger for me. They do. Um, I don't know why she, you know, if you want to ask me, I those people look angry, violent, crazed. They look possessed when they're out there protesting, screaming free free Palestine. Um, I I don't know. I I I those people are scary. I mean, that's just my opinion. But um, Quintern, do you have any opinions? Do the does the American flag scare you? If you saw a neighborhood full of American flags, there's a ratio to houses.

SPEAKER_05

If you have an American flag, I'm like, yeah, you're American. You have an American flag. If you have uh 50 of them up, I'm like, you gotta just one house? Yeah, if one house has been.

SPEAKER_18

Why would that bother anybody?

SPEAKER_05

Uh not really. I think there's just a certain idea about uh when patriotism turns into nationalism, and I feel like that's been a huge topic of conversation, at least among people I know, when it comes to nationalism then becoming uh like extremism too. And I feel like it's the worry that extremism is getting more common among everybody, and at a certain point uh being an extremist is going to be a moderate position.

SPEAKER_18

But you know that's fake, right? Do I but everybody is telling me? I'm not even going to open my mouth. Yeah, but everybody is kind of telling you that, you know, that people who are patriotic are extreme, they're really not. Um, you know, but they try they're trying to use social media to scare people out of being patriotic for America. They're trying to scare you out of it. You'll see eventually. And you know, I'm a lot older than you, so I've been through this a lot more. Yeah, I know. I'm a lot older. So what happens is I remember certain things like you know, that people would drill into our heads, and we didn't have social media, but just through watching TV programs and things like, you know, watching the news that we didn't know was brainwashing us back then, right, Nick? Yeah.

SPEAKER_07

Acid rain scared the beaches, and it's a good thing.

SPEAKER_18

And don't use your Aqua Net, you know.

SPEAKER_08

Well, that that didn't scare me enough to not the aerosols back in the day. I mean, like I mean I had three foot hair. Come on.

SPEAKER_18

I mean, the you know, the the ozone layer, I mean, we were paranoid about it. What happened to that hole? I don't know. Okay They're just lying to us all the time. None of that is true. They're just trying to instill panic. And the more that people have instilled panic in the in the public, the more they have control over you. So if they tell you that the American flag is scary, then people start to there a collective thought starts to begin. And the collective thought is so bad. So when you sit back and you look, you're like, well, you know, let's go talk to the guy who has the 50 American flags on the front of his house. I mean, I have like let me think about I may I may have like 15 flags on the front of my house right now. Little flags. I have them all over.

SPEAKER_04

Well, it was also just it was the it was the fourth. It was just the 250th anniversary of the country, too.

SPEAKER_18

Exactly. And so when I have all my flags out, I mean, you know, I saw my neighbor who's a liberal, he he actually installed a flagpole with an American flag on it. And I was like, all right. So um, you know, there's um there's like thoughts that, you know, there is a faction of extreme patriots. I've never met any. Have you?

SPEAKER_05

Yeah.

SPEAKER_18

What what are the what are they like? Where do they live?

SPEAKER_05

Well, what does it mean? Like you're talking about with social media feeding uh like people lies about what it means.

SPEAKER_18

Both sides. Both sides.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, I mean, I think that is partially what I mean. I grew up alongside of them and I've seen them become adults.

SPEAKER_18

And what what are the what are they saying? What are they doing? I'm just wondering, because like I I don't subscribe to those types of, you know, social media wackos.

SPEAKER_05

Well, I think some of it is obviously trying to be inflammatory, but you have some people that are just talking about like rather than looking into uh I mean, look at the whole Iran thing. You have people who are talking about we need to bring imperialism back and basically glass every part of the Middle East and take it for ourselves. And on smaller levels, I mean, I think there's uh casual racism is a huge thing. I think a lot of kids in high school that I uh knew would, you know, some would say it to be edgy and stuff like that, but some would say, you know, look how America is.

SPEAKER_18

Uh black people.

SPEAKER_05

Like look look at how uh America was founded, we should go back to this and stuff like that. And obviously it could be edgy kid phase stuff like that, but at a certain point, because of social media, that stuff starts to be able to do that. Confederate like partial Confederacy and stuff like that. But I also think that there's uh an urge to re blend uh Confederate patriotism with modern patriotism, too. And I think that nothing should be above criticism either.

SPEAKER_18

Oh, so those so those types of people are very fringe. Uh uh would you agree with that?

SPEAKER_05

I'd say it's systemic there's absolutely a deeper part of uh you think it's like a lot of you think it's big the this five years. I do not think it's I don't think it's the majority of people, but skinhead types. I don't think it's the majority of people. Do you know what I mean? Yes, I do. Okay. Yeah, I do.

SPEAKER_18

I didn't know if it's still I mean when I was growing up it was a skinheads.

SPEAKER_05

There was a there was a a bit of like s the skinhead aesthetic started to die out when I was really coming up, I think. I think in twenty fifteen you really notice a drop-off in people actually taking on that kind of uh neo-Nazi aesthetic. Now they try and be more like cleaned up, they try and look presentable because if they can make their talking points sound reasonable, don't sound scary, then they can win.

SPEAKER_18

So, Nick, do you remember the skinheads?

SPEAKER_05

Uh course I do.

SPEAKER_18

What did we think about them?

SPEAKER_03

Crazy.

SPEAKER_18

Right, exactly. We think they're crazy. Ignored it.

SPEAKER_08

Yeah. Fringe.

SPEAKER_18

Fringe that's what we think.

SPEAKER_08

They pay a whole lot of attention to it.

SPEAKER_18

It gets a lot of cameras.

SPEAKER_08

Squeaky wheel gets the oil, blah, blah, blah. But that's what I mean.

SPEAKER_18

Most people are not like that.

SPEAKER_05

But they were the squeaky wheels that got the oil. And I think I am really worried that a lot of people coming up nowadays were raised on people that have this ideology and want to make themselves look presentable. And they want to integrate it with.

SPEAKER_18

There is a faction of people that dress up like Mamdanny and then say, like, you know, with a smile, with the little sparkle in his face. I'm more afraid of those people. Those are the scary people. And you're right, those are the scary people. The people like, you know, AOC who tries to act like the fun bar chick, and everybody's supposed to, you know, just go along with her, as even though she's dumb as a bag of rocks. Um, there's just like could be dumber. There's like this faction of people that just buy into charisma. Like the policy is really bad. Um, and for a democracy.

SPEAKER_07

And we're and they always scream, rich people are the reason why you're not. It doesn't even make sense. There's only a finite amount of money, and they're taking it all. Shut up.

SPEAKER_18

So there's like when they dress up and and quaff their hair and and whiten their teeth, they they they are it that's the scary part. That is the scary part. And it's on both sides. And they they are um, and there are not good people on both sides.

SPEAKER_06

What?

SPEAKER_18

Maybe uh, you know, maybe when it comes to tearing down statues, I don't know.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_18

That's one that'll never die. But I think most people, most people, if they would unplug from social media and not be fed, and that's why they call it a feed, because it feeds you lies. Um, you know, you would, you know, we I mean, we see the extremists on on our text line. We see people that are just so few and far between. Very few and far between. But we see people that are anti-Semitic, that are anti um, you know, they're they're racist.

SPEAKER_05

I'm getting a lot more of anti-Semitism in my feed recently, too, which is To me.

SPEAKER_08

That's scarier than a guy who has 50 flags in his front yard.

SPEAKER_18

Yeah. Yeah. And they're Jews. And the reason why you're getting that is because of who you are, your age.

SPEAKER_05

I thought you were about to say because of who you are, an anti-Semite. I was like, whoa.

SPEAKER_18

But I mean, because of your demographic, people are targeting you. That's why you're getting it.

SPEAKER_03

That's exactly right.

SPEAKER_18

I don't get that in my feed. Nope. I get veterans, I get I get stories of puppy dogs saving children in the rivers.

SPEAKER_08

I get a lot of conspiracy stuff that started during COVID. Okay. Because we were trying to find out the truth. And with that, you have to filter out the craziness.

SPEAKER_18

Yeah.

SPEAKER_08

You know, and it's so, yeah, but I but I ignore it. It doesn't seem like that.

SPEAKER_18

And I I get a lot of middle-aged women's stuff too. Oh, wow. Yeah. You know what I would love to know? Except that one time you were looking for something and that showed up. Remember, remember that? It's it's a true story because I looked up something that could have been a double entendre. Yeah. And then ever since then.

SPEAKER_08

What do they call? Marital AIDS on your feed. Can you imagine if we had a live afternoon show back then and people pull up and say, What was Liz looking at?

SPEAKER_05

It's actually one of the next ad reads we have coming up.

SPEAKER_18

Oh, yeah, it's true.

unknown

Right.

SPEAKER_18

All right, let's take a break.

SPEAKER_08

You know where Steely Dan got their name from, the band, right? Is there a reason? Well, you know the song. I know. Extreme heat warning.

SPEAKER_18

Um rain yesterday.

SPEAKER_05

Oh my god.

SPEAKER_18

I used to use this song all the time in DJ.

SPEAKER_08

It's a fun song. It's not much fun on the music, but I like it.

SPEAKER_18

Can we edit one?

SPEAKER_08

I haven't edited it officially.

SPEAKER_18

No, I mean for band. Oh, placebo effect.

SPEAKER_08

You're gonna. That's the name. I thought it was last call. Or last call. I don't know. What was it called? Free drinks.

SPEAKER_18

No, it was the other one. Free drinks. Um, yeah. So we had some rain yesterday, and with that, we had like wind. It was like really windy the last couple of days. Um, and we had a tree collapse on on top of a car, and I don't know how the person is. Yeah, we had to be extricated.

SPEAKER_08

We don't know the condition, but one person hurt yesterday afternoon after a large tree fell on their car.

SPEAKER_18

Is there a picture of this?

SPEAKER_08

Outside there is on the uh the news uh uh both news sources. Uh you can look on MBF or the other one too. Uh entrapped them inside. Oregon County Fire Rescue responded about 220 to the 9,000 block of North Kings Highway to a call about a reported entrapment at the business. When they got there, they saw that it was a person in the vehicle. The incident outside the Chestnut Hill restaurant also knocked down uh utility lines in the area. Crews utilized the extrication and stabilization operations to remove the driver from the car. Person was taken to the hospital. Unclear how seriously they were injured, and no updates on their condition.

SPEAKER_18

It looks like it's across the back of the bed of a pickup.

SPEAKER_08

Uh utility crews made repairs to the damaged lines. No additional information was available. Uh Surfside Beach Fire Department said they had over six calls in the afternoon for issues caused by lightning. And as storms rolled through the area, this is all kind of one story here. I put all the information. Power was knocked out for thousands. Wow. Santee Cooper and Ori Electric customers. Garden City area was primarily the area affected. Power, obviously, since restored.

SPEAKER_05

So I was I was working at Broadway uh yesterday afternoon, and there were rolling blackouts for about two hours, I'd say.

SPEAKER_18

Wow.

SPEAKER_05

The power in the building fully shut off four separate times. It was nuts.

SPEAKER_18

Well, thank God, it doesn't seem like there was anybody else in the vehicle because they just talk about one person. But it doesn't look like just from looking at the pictures from the side, that it really went into the cab.

SPEAKER_08

No, but what I think what happened is because of the damage it did and it just discombobulated everything, the frame and the doors couldn't get out. Yeah, no, I but the person was injured, so yeah, to what degree we're not sure.

SPEAKER_18

Yeah. I mean, if the person was driving when it happened, I can see why the injury would happen.

SPEAKER_08

Tim just sent us a picture, surfside, all the flooding that was going on. What the heck was it? So many lightning um right? Yeah, Christy. Christy said the same thing. She had to drive home from work, and it was just really bad lightning, worst she's ever seen.

SPEAKER_18

What time did this happen? Because I was out driving from three to five, and there was just like, no, I was out driving from one to five.

SPEAKER_08

I think around 1 30 or so, right? It started.

SPEAKER_18

And I was like, I was just reading that Geor um Um Surfside Beach was reporting a lot of lightning. A lot of lightning strikes.

SPEAKER_05

It was crazy in Merles. I hopped in my car and it was like day and night. I pulled out of my driveway, dry sky, and then right as I got on the road, immediately pouring like you couldn't see the car in front of you.

SPEAKER_18

Wow. I guess it was worse on the on the coast. Yeah. All right. Uh trying to see if there's any other what's happening with the weather. Uh, I know it's extreme heat, but yeah, we've got it's gonna get worse and worse.

SPEAKER_08

The heat is. The heat, the we could see this extreme heat advisory or warning for the next few days as temperatures start to rise and even get the regular air temps in the upper 90s. We're already experiencing uh what they're saying here across the beach, which is kind of the reverse, but here across the beach, we're gonna it's gonna feel like 113 degrees. And it's gonna like hover around there with that heat index and the fact that we don't have the storms to cool us off that we had the last two days. It's less of a chance for storms today, tomorrow, Friday. Now, our chances do go up as we go into the weekend, so there is a potential to cool us off. By the time we get to Monday, they're saying 40, 50% chance of rain. As we stand now, it's only Wednesday that could change.

SPEAKER_18

Yeah.

SPEAKER_08

So we're dealing with still drug. I mean, it's not enough rain to fix what we have going on with the drought, and it is just unbearably hot for people that have to work outside. Oh my gosh, stay hydrated, try to stay out of the sun.

SPEAKER_03

It's hard.

SPEAKER_08

Yeah, I mean, I it sucks. You gotta wear those shirts, those uh those long sleeve shirts that are really light that stay dry shirts.

SPEAKER_18

The hat with the drape on it.

SPEAKER_08

Yes, absolutely.

SPEAKER_18

Yeah. Well, um, especially if you have little pets, you're gonna have to bring them in. My cats love the heat. They love it. They lay on that hot cement. I don't know how they do it. My cats love it.

SPEAKER_05

I'm just thinking about those people that buy huskies and keep them. Oh my gosh. Oh, those poor things.

SPEAKER_18

I know, it's so hot. Even the Pomeranians, they're really made for cold weather. Yep. Um, and even my bailey, uh, she's made for an outside budget now.

SPEAKER_08

Lisa, the football mom, just sent us her rain gauge. She got four inches.

SPEAKER_18

Oh, wow.

SPEAKER_08

Pontificator on the budget blinds tax line. Just trying to go through some of this. Uh, as a volunteer firefighter, I don't get many calls, but the last three days during these last three days of storms, wow.

SPEAKER_18

He's been getting a lot. And you know, the uh Army Corps of Engineers is supposed to begin that beach renourishment on the south end, right? Surfside and Garden City. Um I wonder how that's gonna work out. Did you know there's a YMCA coming to Saybrook? Yes. Really?

SPEAKER_08

Yes. Uh as a matter of fact, Lauren Korn has that. Uh YMCA Soxty Saybrook to service that area.

SPEAKER_18

Where is it gonna be? Like in that Target shopping center or in its own building?

SPEAKER_08

Sure. Maybe let's let's see if she gives us an address at the bottom of the hour news. Let's check it out. All right. Remember this one?

SPEAKER_18

Is there a theme going on here? Well, yeah. Add this to the repertoire, too.

unknown

Really?

SPEAKER_18

Great songs I forget. Can you play this?

SPEAKER_08

You could play anything. I would have to, you know. Change the arrangement for just one guitar. I don't know if I've heard this one before. Guy's got a great name. His name is Nick. Nick Gilder.

SPEAKER_18

What a game. This is one of those songs you play in the Juke Club. In the park. It's a bit about the time.

SPEAKER_08

There was a really weird rumor going on about Nick Gilder for a while there in the late 80s. Through the 90s that he is he was actually a G and all that. And it was it got so bad that he finally broke his silence and said, Would you stop? I'm a dude! I just have a high voice.

SPEAKER_18

Because he's very feminine.

SPEAKER_08

He's very um a waif of a man, very, very skinny and very feminine looking. Yeah, sorta.

SPEAKER_18

Even androgynous.

SPEAKER_08

Yes, but total dude. And into chick. He promises. He broke a silence. It was interesting. Had me believe in it for a while until he broke a silence.

SPEAKER_18

See what rumors do.

SPEAKER_08

This is before the advent of social media.

SPEAKER_18

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_08

I gotta get you to bring keyboard so you can do that. It's easy.

SPEAKER_18

I learned piano. I have some chops.

SPEAKER_08

He can do it.

SPEAKER_18

Yeah. All right. There we are. 642. The world's burning.

SPEAKER_05

How many more songs about heat can we fit in today? Oh, plenty.

SPEAKER_18

Oh, there's plenty. No, just leave it to me. I'll do it. He'll come up with a theme. Uh, here we go.

SPEAKER_08

I wanted to share this with you because this is important. We started off the show uh playing uh when the news broke that we had struck Iran, and then President Trump had this to say. He's kind of mad, as you and I alluded to. He's big mad. He's big huge mad. Huge mad. Huge. We alluded to this in the uh the the pre-show thingy. Here we go.

SPEAKER_12

We uh attacked very uh powerfully last night. It was only two hours ago. Uh dangerous people from Iran. They're sick. There's something wrong with them. We say, go and do your funeral stuff, and instead of that, they start shooting rockets at ships yesterday. And so we hit them very hard last night. Very hard. I would say 20 to 1. 20 times tougher. I told them every time you hit, we hit. And of course they're dirty players, so they they go after everyone, probably including me. I've been number one on their list for years. And they're a bunch of scum, you want to know that they're scum. And uh so we don't like them. I don't like them. And they're evil people, and it's the denuclearization of Iran, and we're gonna denuke it. We're not gonna let them because they're crazy and they can't have a nuclear weapon, and uh they go around killing people. They've killed thousands and thousands of our soldiers, they've killed hundreds of thousands of innocent people. They had the roadside bomb, Salomani. I took care of him first term, and that was a big thing because I think it probably would be a lot stronger had he been around, because he was a bad guy, but he was uh he was an evil genius, but a bad guy. And he was the father of the roadside bomb. The roadside bomb is a bomb that goes on when you're driving your little vehicle around and it goes on and you have no legs, no arms, and no face. And they've killed thousands and thousands of people. Even the SS Cole was theirs. Remember that disaster. So uh I don't like them at all. And uh frankly, I think we waste a lot of time with them. I think we should, I think we should just do our business. Can you imagine? They start shooting bombs, actually, missiles at ships yesterday. Uh Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, a couple of others.

SPEAKER_09

Marshall ships.

SPEAKER_12

And they don't know, I don't think they're I don't think they know what the hell they're doing, but they're bad people, very bad people. I think they're incompetent, by the way. Because if they were competent, they would have made a deal a long time ago, like how about 47 years ago. So they've been troubled for 47 years, and they're uh we took out their first set of leaders, we took out their second set of leaders. They want to take out the US leader, me, I'm on every list. I saw a link this morning, I'm on every single one of their lists, and so far I guess I've been a little bit lucky, but that maybe doesn't last very long. Because uh that's the way it goes, but we have great people, but these are evil sick people, and we have to rid their cancer. They're cancer. You know what you do? You gotta cut out cancer early. Man, that's the way I feel.

SPEAKER_08

So there you go. He is he's mad.

SPEAKER_18

I mean, you he's just dripping. I know. He is really.

SPEAKER_08

He's one of those when he gets mad, he tells himself to dial it back and he just says the words. He doesn't get emotional.

SPEAKER_18

No, he just but that's really they can just bend over and kiss their asses goodbye. Yeah, it's done. It's done, I think it's done. It's really done. Wow. You know, and I feel bad for the people that are caught up in this and they are just bred to um, you know, that they're their type of religious caliphate is they're just died through and through this hatred for life in general. I mean their whole existence is so dark. Right? When you look at the the people there, like the the the darkness, the sadness, the medieval look of it, and um I mean if I mean they don't know anything else, so you know, like when you see those um sixteen children that were rescued from that home, and when the people went in there, they said these were feral children in Ohio. This is when that's all you know, from 18 months to eighteen years old, sixteen children kept in a box in the dark. That's basically the people of Iran. They don't know anything, they're feral in that way.

SPEAKER_08

Do you remember after the October attack?

SPEAKER_18

They don't have any autonomy over there by themselves. We we could never even imagine that.

SPEAKER_08

It would be it'd be suffocating when they're when they sent people in to interview and they were interviewing children at four and five years old. These Palestinians in their little made-up land. And they said things like it I played the audio back when it was released and it was it was being translated, but you know, I can't wait until I can fire a gun so I can kill a Jew. I can't wait to kill my fur at four and five years old, these are you know, preschool and kindergarten children. So, yes, you're right. They're being taught that from the moment they're alive. That's their charter to kill non-believers, starting with the Jews. We're next. Oh, we we're we're yeah I mean, Jews are first at the top of their list.

SPEAKER_18

Right. That's their favorite you know, trophy.

SPEAKER_08

Because they feel that they truly they deserve this planet, their God, their made-up god, is is truly thought that and didn't do anything about it, then who cares, right?

SPEAKER_18

Like if you're just gonna sit there and just hate people and just stay within your borders and not try and kill people all the time and not fund terrorism all over the country, all over the world, all over your border, then nobody would care. Like, it's fine. Hate whoever you want. Just stop killing innocent people. Like, stop it. But they won't stop it. So what do you have to do? I mean, you just you know, it's like it's like um you know, you have in your house, you're like, dude, all you need to do is just turn around and walk out the door and don't come back, right? You're like, okay, well, if you're gonna keep coming back and eat in the wires and and you know, causing all sorts of havoc in the house, you gotta go, you gotta be killed. I mean, I mean, how else are you supposed to wrench yourself if something is held bent on your destruction? Because that's part of their whole mind. They're willing to give their lives. There's there's suicidal, homicidal, deranged doctrine is just inbred in them from the very beginning. And you know, you can't stop them.

SPEAKER_08

Rubio said this just a couple of months ago, and he's spot on, and it's one that I've always saved and have ready to play from my ex-account. I want you to listen to this.

SPEAKER_13

Ultimately, all radical Islamic movements in the world identify the the West writ large, but the United States in particular, as the greatest evil on the earth. And every chance they have the notion that somehow radical Islam would be comfortable with simply controlling some province in Iraq or Syria is just not borne out by history. Radical Islam has shown that their desire is not simply to occupy one part of the world and be happy with their own little caliphate. They want to expand. It is a it is a it's revolutionary in its nature. It seeks to expand and control more territories and more people. And radical Islam has designs openly on the West, on the United States, on Europe, we've seen that progress there as well. And they are prepared to conduct acts of terrorism. In the case of Iran, nation-state actions, assassinations, murders, you name it, whatever it takes for them to gain their influence and ultimately their domination of different cultures and societies. That's a clear and imminent threat to the world and to the broader West, but especially to the United States, who they identify as the chief source of evil on the planet.

SPEAKER_08

Radical Islam is a threat to the entire world, is what he ended up saying.

SPEAKER_18

If you were from that perspective of a life view, from their framework, you would look at American TV, you would look at American beaches, you would look at the nightclubs, and and you would say, you would say, I can see how they uh view us being disgusting in so many ways. Because their view is like only your eyeballs stick out. You have women walking around, men walking around.

SPEAKER_08

They believe in it so deeply that uh almost all of the 9-11 bombers all went to strip clubs the night before.

SPEAKER_18

So how in America.

SPEAKER_08

Right, in America, yeah. So how deeply do they believe in it? They bought all the porn videos. And and Osama bin Laden had a stash of porn. Of course. How deeply do they really truly believe that?

SPEAKER_18

I don't know.

SPEAKER_08

Exactly.

SPEAKER_18

But the people that live there, they see this as like, you know, debauchery.

SPEAKER_08

And to some extent they're right.

SPEAKER_18

That's what I'm saying. We have free will. You know, we have free will and people can wear what they want pretty much, they can do what they want pretty much, you know, in that realm. But they do it behind closed doors. They're raping little boys and they're marrying little girls. So like you said, you know, they have a stash of porn, but God forbid you play a rock and roll cassette tape. You know, you're you're hung, you God forbid you show a little inclination to homosexuality. You're hung outside to dry, right? In front of all of the neighborhood. It's such a it and it's and it's it is a it's a tyrannical rule that is just trying to keep the people under control. There's a lot of people there, and they're just trying to keep them under control with fear and an iron fist. But the thing is, they don't like you said, the actual leaders don't even follow it.

SPEAKER_08

No.

SPEAKER_18

No.

SPEAKER_08

That's a lie.

SPEAKER_18

Yeah. Them and their 82 virgins and whatever. 72 72 virgins. They had a 10.

SPEAKER_08

They get their say No.

SPEAKER_18

Sorry. Sacrilege. We'll be back in a moment.

SPEAKER_06

The Grand Strand Law Group is on Broadway Street in Myrtle Beach, Highway 17 in North Myrtle Beach, and on Main Street in Lores. Now, if you want to go and talk to them about estate planning and probate, you want to make probate as easy as possible. There are ways that you can make it. Everybody's kind of pretty much got to go through probate, I think. Um the way I understand it with Angie Knight. So why not make it easy for your family? Make it cost less. Take that tax bite out of your assets when your heirs inherit it. There are just so many things you can do to make it better. And you know what? Stop waiting. You know, there are things that you can do today that will make it so much easier if you are incapacitated for some reason and your loved ones have to take care of you. And how does that work? Um, if you're not able to make decisions on your own, you want someone in particular to take care of that, someone you trust, or you want your assets to go in a way you're never too young or old to get that done. So get with the Grand Strand Law Group and make a plan. Go to Grandstrand Law Group.com.
